DELIVERY & RETURN: Rates are quoted FOB our headquarters
MINIMUM RENTAL: 1 Day
MAX HOURS PER DAY: 8 Hours
GROUP RATES ARE DETERMINED:
Daily: 8 Hours
Weekly: 40 Hours
Monthly: 176 Hours
Hour meter will determine additional charges and then will be prorated against total charges.
INSURANCE:
Customer will be responsible to provide property and liability insurance coverage on all rental units under this plan.
OUR RESPONSIBILITY:
To furnish you the customer with a machine or machines that have been carefully maintained and suited for the application that you have outlined. In all cases, we try to keep our machines in top mechanical condition.

- Customer will furnish qualified operator
- Customer will insure that normal daily maintenance is performed that is, fuel, grease, checking oil levels and tire pressures, etc.
- Customer to be liable for any unusual damage to tires
- Customer will be responsible for maintenance beyond normal wear and tear
- Customer will return machine in reasonably clean condition
